The Australian Under-21 National Solo Titles will grace the hallowed dirt of the local track, with gates opening at 4.30 pm.
Practice sessions are set for a 5 pm start, with racing heating up from 7.30 pm.
Recent Australian Senior Solo Speedway Championship competitors Jaimon Lidsey and Zach Cook headline the 16-rider field, with the former looking for a third consecutive under-21 crown.
“This is a fantastic field of Australian talent for the under-21 Speedway Championship at Undera, with Jaimon Lidsey aiming for his third under-21 title in a row,” Motorcycling Australia track events manager Sam Redfern told australianspeedwaychampionships.com.au in the lead-up to the event.
“Undera recently held the successful senior national championship and fans should definitely expect spectacular action and racing (tonight).
“Junior speedway is in a very healthy state and these young guns have the talent to represent Australia on the world stage.
“I would certainly encourage speedway fans to get to Undera speedway (tonight) for what will be a fantastic championship meet.”
Entry is $30 for adults, $60 for families, $20 for concession or student card holders and under 12 free.
