The senior team put on a first quarter clinic piling on 9 goals to zero in a footy display that Barooga had no answers for.
Tom Dow kicked the first goal in his 100th senior match and was quickly surrounded by teammates in a strong showing of the character and love the players and supporters alike have for Tommy.
Lewis Taylor had a one-week spell in the twos last week and came back into the side with a point to prove and went about it immediately using his speed brilliantly in the open spaces.
Oscar Elliott was finding an incredible amount of space himself and was able to influence the game using his exquisite skills to great advantage for the team.
Barooga fought back well in the second quarter and were able to match Mulwala on the scoreboard, but the damage had already been done.
In the second half the Mulwala defense tightened as Dylan McNamara and Dylan Scott got well on top of their opposition and began to burst out of defense like a Duped by Spin Colt.
Owen Conway was influential in the ruck again and enjoyed the luxury of having Brodie Tyson give him a breather in the ruck contests at times.
Another great team effort by Mulwala as they went on to record another almost 100-point victory.

Reserves
Barooga 1.6.12 def by Mulwala 22.14.146.
The Reserves put on a footballing clinic from start to finish and it is difficult to find a chink in their armour at this stage of the season.
The midfield depth is fantastic and was only strengthened with the inclusion of Josh Ednie who played a ripping game and the rotation of players coming through the middle of the ground that all have the ability to float forward and hit the scoreboard is immense.
The defense held together by Nathan Beasley and Isaac Pitches nullified any Barooga advances and the forward line of Rory Bartlett, Austin Fraeunfelder and Cam Nye are only hindered by the inability of Sean Robinson to handball or even contemplate the thought of passing the ball if within 100 metres of goal.
With a mixture of tough and easy games to follow in the back half of the year it will be enticing to watch the team attempt to cement themselves in the top two.
Goals: S. Robinson 9, D. Psaltiras 4, A. Psaltiras 2, C. Nye 2, K. Abikhair 1, J. Peters 1, J. Ednie 1, A. Heslin 1, J. Bland 1.
Best: J. Ednie, A. Psaltiras, S. Robinson, J. Bland, D. Psaltiras, A. Frauenfelder.
Thirds
Barooga 4.5.29 def by Mulwala 12.3.75.
Mulwala’s thirds learnt the lessons from the previous Fourths match as their accuracy on goal in the first half was exemplary.
Jaxen Wheeler and Max O’Bryan were controlling the forward line and both had their kicking boots on.
Xavier Watson was finding an incredible amount of space on the wings of the wide-open Barooga ground and was playing his best game of football for the year.
Josh Eder was outstanding again in defense as Barooga had no answers to the slick ball use of the Mulwala team.
Coach House has the entire team playing a great brand of football leading into the bye and the pointy end of the season.
With multiple players out on school camp several young Fourths stars Archie Purtle, Maiko Leith and Van Kreeck all stepped up and acquitted themselves well enhancing the future prospects of the club.
Goals: J. Wheeler 8, M. O'Bryan 4.
Best: X. Watson, J. Wheeler, L. Saunders, O. Watson, M. O'Bryan, J. Eder.
Fourths
Barooga 0.0.0 def by Mulwala 7.18.60.
The young Lion Cubs started the game well on the large Barooga ground through some clever forward craft from Henry Donovan and Axel Saunders.
Tom Taylor and Sam Tayler were playing well through the middle of the ground and finding ample space on the wide wings.
Both the Woodhead brothers, Tayce and Fletcher were gathering possessions at will and using the ball proficiently into the forward line where Sonny O’Bryan was a class above the Barooga opposition.
The entire team continued to play well although the scoring dried up slightly in the second half as Mulwala’s inaccuracy on goal proved the difference between a small or big win.
Goals: H. Donovan 3, S. O’Bryan 3, A. Saunders 1.
Best: S. O’Bryan, A. Saunders, S. Tayler, T. Woodhead, H. Donovan, T. Taylor.
