All registered Auskickers and their families are encouraged to attend, with all youngsters to receive recognition of their participation in the 10-week season and a free hotdog.
Deniliquin Auskick president Scott Nilsson said it had been a very successful season and hoped everyone would turn up for the final session.
‘‘We’ve had strong numbers and really good parent support each Sunday, and hopefully everyone will turn up for the final session and thank their coaches and helpers,’’ he said.
‘‘We’ve also had great support from local businesses and the local footballers helping coach and umpire each week, and we’ll look to formally recognise those who’ve contributed next week.’’
Last Sunday saw Auskick’s 5/6 year-olds enjoy a session led by Deni Rams co-coach Tim Holobowski, with the youngsters enjoying some running races before splitting the age groups for a mini match.
McDonald’s Deni award winners were Jaxon Beames, Mason Williams, William Rathbone and Lenny Maher.
Other award winners were as follows: 7/8 years – Alby Bull, Ben Macdonald, Aadi Patel, Justin Purtill and Jordie White; 9+ years – Ollie Murray, Ashleigh Nicholls, Danielle Nicholls and Thomas Ives.
