The event has become a firm addition to the golf club’s yearly calendar, and indeed a much-anticipated event for the many ladies who attend.
The day will feature elegant dresses beautiful hats, gorgeous fascinators, fine food, bubbly drinks, good friends, lots of talking and, of course heaps of fun.
All this as well as lucky spot prizes and watching the Oaks Day racing on the big screen!
The event will be held on Thursday, November 7 commencing at 12 noon with bubbles served on arrival and nibbles on each table, followed by a two-course luncheon.
Spectacular views of our beautiful golf course will be on display and, of course, there will be three exclusive tables positioned on the balcony for a truly panoramic view as you dine.
Those who wish to book these special tables will need to book early. There will be no extra charge for these tables, but payment at the time of booking will be required.
TAB betting is available for those ladies who like a flutter on the races, and can be watched on the big screen, and in addition, sweep tickets will be sold prior to the luncheon being served.
Corowa Golf Club’s annual “Fashions on the Field” event will be conducted with prizes awarded for the Best Dressed Lady on the day as well as Best Head-Wear on the Day, whether it be a hat or a fascinator.
Tickets are $59 per person and are available from the golf club reception.
