It was a close encounter at Mooroopna Recreation Reserve, with Euroa clinching a two-wicket victory at the weekend.
After winning the toss, Mooroopna posted 6-116 from 23 overs, with up-and-coming youngster Riley Moon (20 not out) and Ben Woods (18 off 20 deliveries) the leading run-scorers for the home side.
Jordan Wiggins (15 not out) and William Wood (11 not out) provided plenty of help with the bat to push Mooroopna to its total of 116.
Euroa's Archie Wilson (2-5) was damaging with ball in hand, while wicket keeper Josh Robertson picked up two stumpings against his old side.
The visitors were able to chase down Mooroopna's total in gritty fashion, with the Magpies ending their innings 8-119 off 21 overs.
In the other A-grade results, Pine Lodge clinched a dominant seven-wicket win against Karramomus.
The Lodgers dismantled the Bloods for 8-49, thanks to superb efforts from Lachie Ludeman (3-2) and James Dainton (2-1) with the ball.
James Nugent scored 22 not out to be the pick of the batters for the Lodgers as they posted 3-124 batting second.
Elsewhere, the combined entity Old Students and Notre-Dame-St Brendan's registered 2-119 batting first in its strong win against Shepparton United.
The merged outfit bundled out United for 61 runs.
And Numurkah was too strong for Tatura, clinching a seven-wicket victory on its home ground.
â—� At B-grade level, Nagambie and Northerners played out an enthralling match that was ultimately won by the Lakers by four wickets.
Batting first, the Northerners posted 7-121 off 25 overs thanks to openers Preston Hall (41 not out) and Luca Mamone (21 runs), who combined for a 70-run partnership.
Angus Murray chipped in with 3-16 to be the pick of the bowlers for the Lakers, as well as holding onto three catches in the field.
Despite a horror start at 1-4, Nagambie was able to get across the line off the back of a stunning 52 not out from Jonathon Moore.
Lastly, Katandra secured a six-wicket victory against Murchison, chasing down the Hoppers' total of 86 with 4-108 off 15 overs.
