One way to forget the winter blues is to join folk who like to socialise and sing along with popular songs.
The Anglican Parish of Central Goulburn Mother’s Union will host its annual fundraiser, Morning Melodies, at Christ Church hall in Seymour on September 14 from 10.30am.
It is an annual event, which this year will support the union’s gender-based violence, domestic violence and climate change project.
Join singer Noel Pearson, who is well known for the popular rock ’n’ roll songs and ballads, which span the 1950s, ’60s, ’70s and ’80s, he enjoys sharing with his audiences.
A delicious morning tea will be served by the union members.
This is the union’s only fundraiser for 2023.
Entry will be by $10 donation.
There will be a trading table, raffle, lucky door prizes and lots of fun.
Why not make up a table and come along for a great time of social fun and fellowship.
For bookings, contact union secretary Diane Grant on 5794 1720 or president Mary Greenshields on 0408 566 740.
