Directors Rob Brown, Andrew Johnstone and Noel Graham sought re-election, and all were returned to the organisation’s board.
“I am proud and privileged to be able to continue working with such a committed and passionate board,” Mr Brown said.
The organisation’s strategic plan was officially launched at the meeting, focusing on social impact, sustainable solutions, and being a destination employer.
Co-chief executive officer Michelle Tai said it ensured evolving community needs will be continually met while strengthening resilience and sustainability.
“We're motivated to work alongside communities in co-designing services that achieve impact, yet are sustainable over the long term,” she said.
Mr Brown said the company’s new direction the plan outlines was important, highlighting Intereach’s commitment to communities served.
“It is designed to not only meet the challenges ahead, but also to ensure we continue to grow, evolve, and have a lasting positive impact across rural, remote, and regional areas,” he said.
