Undoubtedly the loudest competition of the action-packed Deni Show schedule, this year’s program includes both a women’s and men’s derby.
Three women have registered to take part in the inaugural Women’s Pink Bash Demo Derby on Saturday night.
Deniliquin Show Society members Courtney Osmond and Ayla Nganeko will take to the arena, alongside Paige Doherty from Echuca.
Their heat will be held from 6.30pm, and then it will be time for the men to get behind the wheel.
Last year's winner Craig Woolston has registered to defend his title.
But hoping to knock him off his place will be last year’s podium finish competitors Paul Osmond and Stuart Tangey.
Other returning competitors among the eight registered are Bryson Godfrey and Leigh Holmberg.
Joining them this year will be new local competitors Tom and Scott Clancy, and Corey Gregson from Tongala.
The derby will be a premier rumbling showcase, and is not to be missed.
Before the action starts, make sure to visit the Deni Show bar and canteen.
This year, 50 cents from select beers and 50 cents from every burger with the lot will go to Deniliquin Can Assist.
