For one day only — Saturday, March 15 — the Museum of Vehicle Evolution will transform into a GT-lover’s dream with more than 320 immaculate GT Falcons valued collectively at around $100 million taking over the museum.
“This is your chance to witness some of the finest, rarest and never-before-seen GT Falcons all in one place,” MOVE’s Andrew Church said.
“It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for car enthusiasts.”
The Falcon GT Nationals event, which started in 1985, in the car park of Southland Shopping Centre in Cheltenham with fewer than 80 cars, has grown to attract various GT clubs from all corners of Australia.
While the concours is for one day only, there will also be a Coffee and Cars event on Sunday morning between Maude and Edward Sts, outside The Aussie, and a cruise to Dookie.
The event will finish with a thank-you breakfast and delegates’ meeting on Monday.
Immaculate GTs, like this one photographed by Digital Journey Photography’s Jacob Dedman, will vie for glory at the Nationals this weekend.
