Engines aren’t quite roaring and ready to go, but it won’t be long before they will be for the upcoming 2025 Falcon GT Nationals.

Next year, the biennial Falcon GT Nationals is set to take place with the Victoria branch chosen as next year’s hosts, and they’ve picked Shepparton’s Museum of Vehicle Evolution as their chosen spot.
On Sunday, February 4, the Victorian Falcon GT Club kicked off the lead-up to next year’s festivities by running a club tour of MOVE for their members.
The day was filled with lunch, tours, meet and greets and even miniature train rides for the kids.
The Nationals will take place from March 13 to 16 and will see over 400 Ford Falcon GTs spread out across both the inside and outside of MOVE, with a collection of cars driving around Shepparton over the four days.
With new and old limited editions of various Falcon GTs, the event will be a big one.
Treasurer of the 2025 20th Falcon GT Nationals, Raz Scavo, said that Shepparton was the obvious choice for their turn to host the next event.
“The reason why we picked Shepparton is because the last one was in a regional town in NSW, Bathurst, which is steeped in a bit of tradition of motor sporting and GTs itself,” he said.
“Shepparton has a big car culture, and it spreads out to Echuca, Yarrawonga and all the way back to Melbourne, so Shepparton has always been a car hub.
“MOVE gave us the opportunity to have it here, which is a great venue.”
Victorian Falcon GT Club is looking for more local sponsors to help with the event and would love any local businesses interested to contact them.
