Harmony Day celebration to bring a tapestry of cultures to Benalla

Benalla will be buzzing with vibrant rhythms, colours and flavours of the world at a free Harmony Day event.

This exciting celebration is set to offer a memorable experience for the whole community, featuring local performances, cultural displays and a range of stalls representing different nations.

The event will showcase an array of cultural performances, including traditional dance and live music from diverse cultures.

Visitors can enjoy fun activities like a jumping castle, face painting and giant lawn games.

Food lovers will find a selection of stalls to satisfy their cravings.

Community involvement is a central focus, with information booths from Tomorrow Today, GROW, police, first aid and ambulance, as well as opportunities to experience Henna art and connect with Kenyan musician, Edwin Manono.

This event offers a fantastic chance to celebrate cultural diversity, connect with the community and enjoy a family-friendly day of fun and entertainment.

Benalla’s Harmony Day celebrations will take place at Mair St, on Saturday, March 29 from 10.30am-1.30pm.
