The ‘pop-up’ Model Railway Show will be making its return on Saturday, October 15, hosted by the Goulburn Valley Rail Club.
The biennial model railway exhibition is back after a two-year absence, and will be hosted at the Mooroopna Education and Activity Centre.
The free exhibition will boast a range of model trains for all ages to see, plus raffles on the day and retail outlets.
The event will act as a fundraiser for the GV Rail Club, which has been struggling through the pandemic and is wanting to give back to the Shepparton community.
“Due to the hardships and difficulties we had all faced since 2020, last year we had planned to give something back to the city,” a club spokesperson said.
The event is sponsored by Furphy, Gouge Dry Cleaning, Tatura Dental Care and Greater Shepparton City Council.
