Unlock your inner gardener and learn the secrets of creating a thriving edible garden with Craig Castree.
Mr Castree will be visiting Goulburn Valley Libraries this month to talk about how to best grow food at home.
The author will share tips about companion planting, a technique that involves combining plants for increased productivity and pest resistance.
You’ll also learn about organic gardening techniques, chemical-free methods for a healthier garden and nutrient-dense produce, as well as soil health, soil microbiology and vertical gardening.
Mr Castree is an award-winning horticulturist with 45 years of experience in organic food production and edible garden design.
He is a passionate educator who loves to teach sustainability and self-sufficient living on urban properties, and is ready to share his knowledge with the Goulburn Valley’s green thumbs.
