It has been a stellar opening three weeks to the A-grade season for the Blues, with two-straight wins pushing them up into second position on the ladder.
And they enter tomorrow's away clash with plenty of confidence behind them.
Last week Tongala defeated the reigning premier Rochester by three wickets with six balls remaining in the match.
Daniel Coombs and Darin Ohlsen were the standouts in the gripping win and have enjoyed strong starts to the season, combining for nine wickets and 198 runs.
And first-year Blue Josh Thurston is still trying to find his feet at his new club, with the opening bowler having one-wicket to his name from two matches.
In other top-tier matches, cross-town rivals Echuca and Moama are set to do battle for the bridge tomorrow at Moama Recreation Reserve.
The home side will be roaring to bounce back after last week's first loss of the season, while Echuca was able to pick up all 12 points last weekend against Kyabram Fire Brigade.
Elsewhere, it will be a battle between top and bottom as undefeated outfit Cooma welcomes bottom-ranked Echuca South tomorrow.
The Two Blues rolled past Moama last weekend thanks to stunning bowling efforts from Drew Barrett (4-38) and Xavier Fawcett (3-33).
Top-order batsman Michael Hill has wreaked havoc on the competition, with the Two Blues’ leading run-scorer averaging 54.7 from three games and teammate Stephen Barrett is hot on his heels with 159 runs to his name.
Their opposition came within a whisker of pinching victory last week against Bamawm-Lockington United with Josh Novosleek leading the way with a 52-run knock.
Lastly, Kyabram Fire Brigade will host Rochester in another mouth-watering round four encounter.
Both outfits are out to rejoin the winners’ list after disappointing losses last weekend, but the stakes are higher for Rochester with consecutive losses lingering over the head of the reigning champion.
