In the lead-up to World Peace Day, families gathered at the Shepparton English Language Centre on Tuesday, September 19, for an afternoon of lantern-making.
The handmade battery-operated lanterns will be the centrepiece for an evening of fun and festivities on Saturday, September 23, at Picnic 4 Peace’s family lantern walk — a celebration of World Peace Day and the Mid Autumn/Moon Festival.
