On Thursday, November 21, Cobram Secondary College Year 12 students celebrated their valedictory event at the Sporties Barooga.

The event started at 6.30pm and featured a line-up of speakers, including school captains Isabella De Vincentis and Koby Withers, who reflected on their time at the college.

Once the departing students had presented gifts of chocolates and personalised cards to their teachers, principal Kimberley Tempest delivered her address to farewell the cohort of 42 students.

Gifts were then given to the students, including a USB stick containing memories of their time at the college.

Rhonda Doyle of Cobram Photographics was there with camera in hand to capture the moment.

The event was supported by student fundraising throughout the year.
