Dozens of people enjoyed an afternoon at the Mooroopna pool yesterday, escaping the 37°C heat by taking a dip in the water.

The pool is hosting giant games each day this week, including an oversized Connect 4, noughts and crosses and Scrabble, giving children an activity to enjoy outside of the water.
Children of all ages enjoyed some time in the water, with the warm weather attracting an enthusiastic crowd.
With school back next week, staff said the pool had been busy in the past week, with families enjoying the final few days of holidays.
Mooroopna pool is hosting giant games everyday this week from noon to 5pm. The cost of outdoor pool admission is $3.70 for children and $5.20 for adults.
