The Students completed their undefeated season in style, winning by nine wickets in a complete display.
Batting first, the Lakers had a tough day with the bat, only managing 62 from 22.4 overs before they were bowled out.
Opener Blake Ezard dug in and showed his fortitude, making a patient 13 as wickets fell around him, top-scoring for Nagambie.
Further down the order, Garry Bhour decided to hit out or get out, smacking a four and a six in his score of 10 off 11 balls before he was dismissed, while tail-ender Campbell Baker was also in a run-scoring mood, making nine not out to give his side's bowling troops something to defend.
For the Students, three bowlers picked up two wickets with Oscar Lambourn (2-9), Harrison Willaton (2-9) and Zac Bathman (2-10) getting it done.
But with the bat, the Students were even more dominant, clubbing their way to 1-69 — and a premiership — in just 13 overs.
Openers Samuel O'Brien (17 not out) and Noah Muir (19 not out) came out and made a statement, both unable to be dismissed before being retired.
Caleb Hueston would be the only wicket to fall, caught for nine, but Kaleb McCrae (10 not out) and Mac Fifoot (four not out) did not want to wait any longer for the celebrations to commence, getting the side across the line.
The win completed the one-day final and premiership double for the Students, having beaten Nagambie in the short-form decider in January.
