Corowa's sea of yellow: a record-breaking walk!

The walk offered both 10km and 5km options, and followed the amazing river paths in both Corowa and Wahgunyah.

The walk is a very social event and this year it had walkers of all ages, and several teachers, parents and students form the Corowa Primary School were welcomed.

Like all these events it’s the generosity of the local people that make them a success and once again the local area stepped up. So, thank you to everyone that donated or brought a raffle ticket; the fundraising total for 2024 is over $8500.00.

What started out as a group of work colleagues raising funds, has now seen the Corowa Walk grow. In the six years the Corowa event has run in conjunction to the main walk in Albury, it has raised over $60,000.
