In celebration of Harmony Week, on Wednesday, March 19, students learnt about different cultures and traditions.
In South Africa, they sang I’m a Little Teapot in Zulu and enjoyed rooibos tea and tennis biscuits. They also learnt a Zulu greeting and other Zulu words.

Next, they travelled to the Netherlands, where they learned facts about the country and learnt to count to 10 in Dutch, all while sampling Dutch liquorice — some loved it, while others were not so sure.
The adventure continued with traditional Aboriginal games, followed by a delightful exploration of Greek food and culture.

Finally, the students landed in Scotland, where they took part in a fun quiz and learned some Scottish dance moves.
It was a fun, educational, and fabulous afternoon for all.
