Mooroopna Primary School is celebrating a big milestone in July.

With the school gearing up for its 150-year celebrations on Saturday, July 20, The News’ celebratory feature on Mooroopna Primary School will be out on Friday, July 19.

This feature covers all the special moments over the school’s history, with past students and staff reminiscing over their time at the school, and the memories they hold close to their hearts.

Current staff members and students also share why they love being at Mooroopna Primary School, and how special it is to them.

The school plans to commemorate the day in a big way, with 150-year merchandise for students, a performance by the school’s band, a time capsule and the reveal of the principal, school and house captain honour boards.
