‘‘C4EM is proud to be able to offer a course of this calibre in our region,’’ he said.

‘‘Working with the newly formed cohort was truly inspiring, and I found the energy and collaboration throughout the course to be exceptional,’’ he said.
‘‘Personally, I've made significant progress with my leadership skills, gaining new insights and valuable tools that I can apply directly to my role.
“I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone looking to extend their professional and personal development skills. It has been a transformative journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it.’’

‘‘I now have the confidence and tools to engage in the hard conversations that are essential for effective leadership,’’ she said.
‘‘The course provides practical strategies and insights that have empowered me to address challenges head on and foster a more open and communicative environment within my team.
“I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact.’’
The course ran over five months, with five two-day workshops over that period, as well as one-on-one coaching in between all workshops.
‘‘We are hopeful that participants use the theory and practical tools developed over the 10-day course to positively impact their business operations,’’ Mr Ford said.
‘‘C4EM is excited to announce a second expedition this year for another 20 participants, developing an ever-growing alumnus of local leaders.’’

This course empowers emerging and experienced leaders to elevate their impact through emotional intelligence and the principles of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Participants build their skills to inspire and motivate others, foster team synergy, coach for performance, and deliver meaningful feedback.
They learn how to delegate with confidence, navigate difficult conversations, lead through change, and manage psychological safety.
The program also equips participants to resolve team conflict, address underperformance, and enhance personal effectiveness — all while building a stronger, more resilient workplace culture.
The key differentiator of the expedition is the practical tools and work-ready templates participants receive to implement their new knowledge immediately.
