All residents were tested after one person at the facility caught the virus, with another round of testing to be returned during this week.
A statement posted online by Shepparton Villages last week said it was not known when the outbreak at the facility would be declared over.
"In the meantime we must abide by the testing regime until notified otherwise," the update said.
"We will keep you posted as soon as we have further information and as soon as we have results of round two testing.
"Please note, if we have no further information over the weekend, we will not be sending an email update, however please check your email regularly for new updates."
Shepparton Villages also clarified that COVID-19 vaccination was not mandatory for residents, but all staff must be vaccinated.
