The woman, who cannot be legally identified, says Beale touched her backside and forced her to perform oral sex in the toilet cubicle.
Still to appear as witnesses in the trial are family members of the woman and her fiance, who was also at the venue on the night of the alleged assault.
Beale himself is also yet to give evidence.
The 35-year-old is facing one count of sexual intercourse without consent and two counts of sexual touching in the NSW District Court, following the alleged incident at Bondi's Beach Road Hotel.
The former Wallabies playmaker has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The court has heard a gruelling four-day testimony from the woman, who was cross-examined at length by Beale's lawyer Margaret Cunneen SC.
Ms Cunneen suggested the woman had concocted the rape allegation to gain sympathy from her fiance and save her impending marriage when the couple's relationship was strained.
"You have made this up for your own purposes to save the proposed marriage that you had been anticipating so excitedly," she said.
Ms Cunneen further suggested the woman invited Beale to the bathroom and willingly engaged in oral sex with him.
But the complainant denied her contact with Beale was consensual and that she had been flirtatious with him before the alleged assault.
On Friday, the woman's fiance broke down while giving evidence of a phone call in which she told him Beale had followed her into the bathroom, pulled out his penis and tried to force it into her mouth.
Both of the couple have insisted the dispute between them at the time was normal and their relationship was not at risk of ending.
"Relationships go through phases of ups and downs ... it's just normal," the fiance told the court.
The trial is set to continue until at least the end of the week.
