Rami Iskander, 23, was shot dead outside his western Sydney home in May during a wave of gangland violence.
On Saturday, police raided the home of an Oatley man who now faces multiple charges, including accessory after the fact to murder.
In a separate bust, police arrested a 38-year-old Kyle Bay woman.
During the two raids, police found more than $500,000 in cash and items they say are relevant to their investigations.
The 41-year-old man will appear in Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday.
He is facing charges of accessory after the fact to murder, accessory before the fact to murder, participate in a criminal group and contribute to criminal group activity and knowingly deal with proceeds of crime.
The 38-year-old woman was granted bail on Saturday and will face court in November.
She faces charges of knowingly dealing with proceeds of crime, and participate in a criminal group.
No one has been charged directly with Iskander's murder.
Iskander's death came only days after a shooting that left Commanchero bikie Omar Zahed and his bikie boss brother, Tarek Zahed, critically wounded.
The month before, Iskander's uncle, "Brownie" Ahmad, was shot dead in Greenacre.
Police have previously dubbed them "tit-for-tat" murders, with more than a dozen deaths over the last two years.
In August, 39-year-old Amy Al Hazouri, a hairdresser, was killed in the crossfire during a successful hit on her friend, Lametta Fadlallah, who was linked to gangland elements.
