It comes almost a month after the dismissal of Detective Leading Senior Constable Murray Gentner, who lost lost his job after being accused of sharing of crime scene photos via a messaging app.
Mr Gentner was previously accused of sharing pictures of former AFL coach Dani Laidley however did not lose his job over that incident.
On Thursday, Victoria Police confirmed a detective sergeant from Southern Metro Region was dismissed on Tuesday.
A detective leading senior constable from Crime Command has been suspended with pay while another detective leading senior constable, also from Crime Command, has been suspended without pay.
"Victoria Police recognise the impact of crime on victims, including the impact on victims' families, witnesses and in some cases, the broader community," a spokesman said.
"We aim to provide support and assist victims through the criminal justice system."
The Age reports Mr Gentner has appealed the decision to dismiss him but a date for the hearing has not yet been set.
He was previously accused of accessing Ms Laidley's arrest record while on a day off in May 2020 and sharing details with colleagues in a WhatsApp group called the "SD1 Gentlemen's Club".
Ms Laidley, formerly known as Dean, was a 1996 premiership player for North Melbourne and coached the Kangaroos from 2003 to 2009.

In March 2022, Magistrate Samantha Poulter found Mr Gentner had not acted contrary to his duties as a police officer and as a result did not lose his job.
Mr Gentner was also caught up in James Gargasoulas' 2017 rampage down Melbourne's Bourke Street Mall that killed six pedestrians and injured 27 others.
He tried and failed to get Gargasoulas to surrender via phone and text messages, as officers tracked him across suburbs before he reached the CBD.
