Opposition Leader Peter Malinauskas says the plan will help fix the state's ambulance ramping crisis and allow staff to better deliver emergency services across SA.
The promise includes establishing a new State Health Control Centre, based inside the ambulance headquarters, to coordinate the movement of patients across all hospitals and services.
This control centre would bring together staff from across the local health networks and the ambulance service to better coordinate operations and respond to any surge in demand.
"Labor will give SA Ambulance what it needs, new state-of-the-art infrastructure, technology and equipment, to help South Australians get emergency care when they need it and to help fix the ramping crisis," Mr Malinauskas said.
In its campaign promise on Sunday, the Liberal government said it would commit $7.5 million on a major upgrade to the Adelaide Zoo, developing an "African oasis" along the banks of the River Torrens.
The project would open up the rear aspect of the zoo with riverfront enclosures for the zoo's African species, including the giraffe, pygmy hippopotamus, lion and meerkat.
It will create new public spaces along the Torrens, upgrading 250 metres of footpath, improving green space and increasing the tree canopy.
"We know local families and tourists alike are just wild about the Adelaide Zoo and our major multi-million-dollar commitment will ensure it continues to thrive for generations to come," Premier Steven Marshall said.
"More than 400,000 people visit the Zoo each year. It's a significant drawcard for city tourism and plays an important educational role for South Australian school children."
South Australians go to the polls on March 19.
