Dance Interactive will be performed over three days at Riverlinks Studios this week.
It is an immersive dance theatre experience, taking the audience on a tour, room to room, through the Riverlinks Studios.
This roving piece explores different spheres of creativity in every space, such as music, art, animation, photography, film, sculpture, interior design, landscaping, floristry and fashion, all merged with live dance performance.
Each room features a different art form as the inspiration and focus.
“We are excited for audiences to experience a new way of seeing dance through this innovative piece,” Awaken owner Kyla McGregor said.
“It is totally unique for the audience to be walking through the performance space, immersed and surrounded by the performers.
“This space has never been used for this type of performance art before, so we are incredibly excited to do something new and different.”
