Growers in the Echuca area with an interest in understanding grain marketing and risk management have participated in a half-day workshop organised by GrainGrowers and conducted by Lachstock Consulting.

The February 25 event was well attended, with about 35 people taking the opportunity to learn more about the marketing process and understand how to navigate the risk associated with grain contracts.
The workshops provided real-life case studies, local market updates and insight into the drivers behind global prices.
Attendees were also provided with take-home resources as additional on-farm support.
