Fiddler on the Roof premiered on Broadway in 1964, capturing the hearts of audiences worldwide, and now it’s coming to Riverlinks WestSide. Shepparton Theatre Arts Group has rallied an ensemble of over 50, including two youth casts named Sunrise and Sunset (the adult cast will perform on all nights). L’Chaim!

GV Orchid Club Spring Spectacular
GV Orchid Club is once again hosting its Spring Spectacular — a staple event in the regional community. About 300 plants will be on display and many on sale, as well as potting accessory sales, photography, raffles and potting demonstrations at 10am and 2pm on both days. Light lunch, morning and afternoon tea will be available.
When: Saturday, September 23, from 9am to 4pm, and Sunday, September 24, from 10am to 3pm

The Legacy Centenary Torch Relay 2023
Presented by Defence Health, the Legacy Centenary Torch Relay has been journeying around Australia, and next stop is Shepparton. The torch relay will start at the Shepparton Art Museum, travel 5km, and finish at the Legacy Club for the lighting of the cauldron. The event will feature 17 torch bearers including Legacy beneficiaries, legatees and defence personnel.

Out and About bus
Hop on the Out and About bus and experience some iconic activities in Shepparton and the Goulburn Valley. The bus will run in a loop every hour from 10am to 5pm, departing from Shepparton Train Station and stopping at Emerald Bank (MOVE), Shepparton Art Museum, and KidsTown. Special activities and holiday fun await at each location.

Practice Under Lights
The Speedway Sidecar Riders Association of Victoria and Goulburn Valley Motorcycle Club are hosting a fun night of thrills, velocity and entertainment galore. At Practice Under Lights, junior and senior speedway riders can get much-needed practice before some impending major sporting events. Catering and bar available. No BYO and strictly no alcohol in pit areas.

Picnic 4 Peace Family Lantern Walk
In celebration of World Peace Day and the mid-autumn Moon Festival, Picnic 4 Peace is once again bringing community members together for its annual Family Lantern Walk. Attendees are encouraged to bring their battery-operated lanterns and join in the festivities.

Solid Gold Disco
Step back in time, or should we say hustle back to the ‘70s, with Club 54 Band’s Solid Gold Disco repertoire featuring more than two hours of ‘70s disco music. With dazzling costumes and choreography, Club 54 Band has called itself more than a cover band, it’s an experience. Put on your dancing shoes, get down and boogie the night away!
