What happens when working with animals ... This particular chook decided enough was enough while we were lining up a photo at Katandra West Primary School. So she flew off. Layla Tyrell lost her chook, while Chelsea Perret-Mann and Jack Newby ducked. Note the “unflappable” Leah van Roosmalen (left).
No, it'll never work. This shot taken at the Mountain Cattlemen’s Get Together recently at Merrijig appears to show the quad bike about to tow the semi trailer. But, we think, the quad bike was just parked very close.
