At a whole school assembly in the morning, students shared their cultural backgrounds and what Harmony Day meant to them, while dedicated parents prepared a diverse lunch of butter chicken, sushi, kebabs, gelato and spanakopita.
Assistant principal Kirsten Dickins said it was because of the parents they were able to put on events such as Harmony Day.
