Owner Monique Camm spoke about her business’ services and their relevance to today’s health and wellness sector.
“So, basically, we have three different services,” she said.
“The first one is the EMSELLA chair, which rebuilds pelvic floor strength.”
This technology addresses issues such as pelvic floor weakness and urinary leakage, ensuring the general support of the pelvic floor.
“The EMSCULPT machine we have uses similar technology to the EMSELLA,” Ms Camm said.
Its primary function is to rebuild muscle strength while burning fat; however, it’s particularly beneficial for repairing abdominal separation post-pregnancy and strengthening the core.
The machine targets both the superficial fat layer and the deeper visceral fat.
However, the EMTONE machine is slightly different.
“It tightens loose skin and decreases the appearance of cellulite,” Ms Camm said.
The clinic caters to both men and women and while pelvic floor weakness is more common in women, she said “men benefit from it (the services) too”.
“Particularly post-prostatectomy, where after having their prostate removed, they might more frequently suffer from urinary leakage”, she said.
With the Health and Wellbeing Event coming up, Ms Camm said it was “great that we gather numerous health and wellbeing exhibitors to showcase their services”.
She also emphasised the many businesses in Shepparton that offered health and wellbeing services and that this local availability had saved many from the need to travel, thereby improving their quality of life
“Before we introduced the EMSELLA chair locally, the closest option was in the city,” she said.
Ms Camm also acknowledged the careful planning leading up to the event.
“The lead-up to the Health and Wellbeing Event has been smooth,” she said.
“They (the organisers) communicate quite well, ensuring we know exactly what to expect.”
Attendees at the event will also be able to try the chair.
However, she said individuals with pacemakers or defibrillators would be unable to, due to the chair’s large magnet.
Attendees looking to explore and understand innovative wellness solutions are encouraged to visit GV Body Rejuvenation’s booth for first-hand experience.
The Health and Wellbeing Event is on Sunday, October 29, from 9am to 4pm.
It is scheduled concurrently with the Ladies Who Lunch Event at Riverlinks Eastbank.
