On Tuesday, September 12, Verney Rd School held its annual debutante ball.

Eleven Verney Rd students, with partners from the Academy of Sport Health and Education Daya, Greater Shepparton Secondary College, Notre Dame College and Goulburn Valley Grammar, were presented.
The students got ready at the school before heading to GOTAFE to have their hair and make-up done.
They then took a bus to the Woolshed at Emerald Bank for the special occasion.
Verney Rd School senior years unit leader Lisa Warren said it was a fantastic night.
“We’re all very proud of them, parents and staff,” she said.
