The former Fremantle players were both charged with rough conduct over separate incidents from their respective round-three matches, as was Adelaide's Luke Pedlar.
Logue was running towards a loose ball with Hawthorn's Will Day in Launceston on Saturday when he braced, lifted a leg and crashed into his opponent.
Acres and GWS forward Brent Daniels scrapped over a contested ball that fell free at Giants Stadium on Saturday.
Daniels followed up and got a kick away as Acres bumped him high.
Pedlar was cited over his sling tackle on Port Adelaide's Dan Houston during Saturday night's Showdown at Adelaide Oval.
All three incidents were assessed as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.
None of the players can have their penalties downgraded with an early guilty plea.
Hawthorn's Jai Newcombe was fined $1500 for misconduct against Logue.
The sanction can be reduced to $1000 with an early guilty plea.
