Campbell has been largely restricted to bench appearances this NRL season to accommodate AJ Brimson's switch back to fullback and Kieran Foran's arrival, but the deal indicates he can see a long-term future for himself on the Glitter Strip.
For the Titans, the deal reaffirms 23-year-old's status as a player on which the club believe they can build their future.
"I've always wanted to be a Titan and I've always wanted to be a one-club person as well," Campbell said.
"The Titans have done a lot for me and my family, and I'd like to do the same for them.
"Hopefully that's with bringing success here and winning premierships."
Campbell had already been contract through to the end of 2024 but would have been free to negotiate with rival clubs from November 1.
Campbell, the son of Titans foundation player Preston, has played all 30 of his career to date with Gold Coast.
He is set for more chances as their first-choice fullback while Brimson recovers from a hamstring injury over the coming weeks, starting with this weekend's clash against Newcastle.
Campbell joins Brimson, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, David Fifita, Beau Fermor, Keano Kini and Alofiana Khan-Pereira in recommitting to the Titans through 2026.
