Lachlan Lonergan returns for his second chance of the season at hooker in place of Billy Pollard, while the versatile Rhys Van Nek will start at prop but can cover any position in the front row.
"We are rotating our forward pack due to a couple of injuries from last weekend's game against the (Queensland) Reds, which was extremely physical," Larkham said.
"We are expecting another physical test against Moana this weekend."
Aside from the front row, the rest of the pack is unchanged.

Winger Bayley Kuenzle will make his long-awaited return from injury for the sixth-placed Western Force's all-important match against the Hurricanes in Perth on Saturday night.
Kuenzle, runner-up in the 2024 Nathan Sharpe Medal, has been out of action since injuring his posterior cruciate ligament and medial cruciate ligament playing club rugby in July last year and subsequently undergoing surgery.
He returned last weekend in club rugby with Associates, putting in an impressive display and scoring a try, and has been named at left wing to replace the injured Dylan Pietsch.
