The Adelaide Strikers have won the toss and elected to bat in their BBL clash with the Perth Scorchers at Optus Stadium.

The ladder-leading Strikers have made two changes for Monday night's match.

Spinner Ben Manenti comes in for Wes Agar, while Henry Hunt replaces the injured Jake Weatherald (abdominal strain).

Agar snared 3-38 in last week's six-run loss to the Heat, and it's unclear whether he was ruled out due to injury or given a rest.

The Scorchers have named the same XI that posted a dominant 61-run victory over the Melbourne Stars last week.
