It was a tough day at the office for the Under 12s. The Raiders Blue boys seemed to have all of the answers for most of the day.

However the highlights for Yarrawonga included great run and skill from Billy Stevens, some brilliant defensive work from Darcy Hargreaves and Olly Seal and some tough, bullish determination from Wally Hammond.

Noah Thompson and Darcy Skehan demonstrated leadership in their performances.

Under 14s

Yarrawonga 16.11.107 def Wodonga Raiders Blue 6.2.38.

A big win to the Under 14s keeping their slim finals chances alive. Jobe Fraser was welcomed back, after juggling cricket commitments.

Sam Trembath, Miller Smith and Archie Skehan continued their strong recent form running rings around opponents early. Will Thomson kicked a rare career goal then followed up soon after with a chase down tackle.

Braedan Bramich has been stoic in the backline. Cooper Clark chipped in for three goals after a long layoff with injury.

Sunday July 31 saw two more Pigeons Under 16 players achieve their 50 games. The club are proud to congratulate Memphis Bramich and Cohen Cuskelly on their achievement. Two young men that have been with YJFC all the way from Auskick.
