Vescio reached the milestone in the Blues' 18-point win against Greater Western Sydney at Manuka Oval on Sunday, as they led from start to finish.
A pair of third quarter goals from Vescio helped the Carlton take control of the contest, twice marking and goaling in a five-minute span to provide an advantage the Blues would never surrender as they scored 7.9 (51) to 5.3 (33).
Georgia Gee had kicked the game's opener, able to run into an open goal and capitalise on strong defensive pressure from Maddy Prespakis.
Carlton controlled the majority of the play and won the ball at ground level, but imprecision by foot cost them and the Giants struck either side of quarter-time through Tait Mackrill and Cora Staunton.
The topsy-turvy encounter continued as Courtney Jones danced around an opponent and put Abbie Mackay through for a Carlton goal before Prespakis showed class, drilling a set shot from 35m.
Giant Katie Loynes was next to hit the scoreboard, snapping truly, her side two points behind at the main break.
Carlton began the second half firing and kicked clear through Vescio, but an impressive running goal from Nicola Barr kept the Giants within reach, down 13 points at the final break.
But Mackay kicked her second to put them 19 points clear to start the last and the Blues dug in to claim the 18-point win.
Gabby Pound impressed for the Blues with 18 disposals while Prespakis was at her busy best with 19.
Carlton had 70 more disposals than the Giants, controlling much of the game with uncontested possession.
Coach Daniel Harford said getting the game away from the Giants' trademark physical grind was vital to the victory.
"We know (the Giants) like to focus on contested possession and tackle ... we knew that it was going to be physical encounter," he said.
"It was just a matter of understanding that absorbing that information and being able to try and get the ball in the outside the right times.
"I think throughout the first half we did that and coughed up a few defensive 50 stoppage goals which annoys the coach any time of the year.
"But we rather struck that out after halftime and put the ball in space a bit more."
GWS struggled to get their game going playing their third game in eight days, but coach Alan McConnell said that didn't excuse the lethargic display.
"There's a bit of an out there for us, I think but not enough to justify where we finished," he said.
"Some girls I think found a way, and others really struggled. We had a couple of girls that were out on their legs."
Alyce Parker was best for the Giants with 19 disposals and five tackles.
