Easter hat parades at schools kept parents busy towards the end of term one, with students making festive Easter bonnets to parade in front of friends and family.
Children delighted in the beloved annual Rotary Easter Egg hunt on Wednesday, April 2, where a throng of excited youngsters eagerly searched for chocolate treasures.

Easter crafts at the library were a popular choice for kids wanting to do hands-on activities throughout the school holidays.
The Good Friday celebrations commenced with Good Friday in the Park, uniting various Kyabram churches in the Memorial Gardens for a traditional service and a few hot cross buns.

The service, drawing approximately 150 attendees, featured a live mural painting of Jesus carrying the cross by Kyabram P-12 College chaplain David Czech.
Later that day, the Good Friday Appeal, spearheaded by the Kyabram fire brigade, brought in an impressive $37,066 to go towards the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Visitors to Rushworth experienced a bustling Easter long weekend, with the town’s cherished annual Easter Heritage Festival and the nearby Moora Working Draught Horse Muster.
The Easter Heritage Festival on Saturday, April 19, delighted attendees with its High St parade, traditional egg hunt and bustling market filled with unique finds.
At Moora on Sunday, April 20, muster attendees were treated to a journey through time, witnessing the impressive skills of working draught horses in action.
