Shepparton

Shepparton will hold a dawn service at the Shepparton Cenotaph, followed by a gunfire breakfast.
When: 6am

Later in the morning, Shepparton will host a commemorative service. Marching from the Shepparton RSL, the group will head to the Shepparton Cenotaph for the 11am service.
When: 10.40am march, service at 11am

Mooroopna
Meeting in front of the Mooroopna Water Tower, the service will march to the War Memorial for the 9am service.
When: 8.45am for march with a 9am service

Tatura
Tatura will host a dawn service followed by the gunfire breakfast of bacon and egg sandwiches.
When: 6am
Where: Mactier Memorial Gardens, Hogan St, Tatura
From 10.45am, a march will be held to the commemorative service, followed by a barbecue lunch, with all special guests invited to morning tea at the RSL clubrooms.

Murchison
Murchison will hold a dawn service followed by the gunfire breakfast. The service will be led by the RSL’s Glen Thomas and Bill Beard, with breakfast and coffee available after the ceremony at the Community Centre with the Men’s Shed firing up the barbecue and cooking up great egg and bacon sandwiches and King Billy Coffee with steaming coffee/tea or hot chocolate. Free tea and coffee will also be available inside the centre.

Dookie
The Dookie service will honour its long-serving member Ron Mason, who passed away last month. Ron was a stalwart of the Dookie sub-branch, in the roles of president, secretary, treasurer and regional delegate. He served in Vietnam in the army. The guest speaker will be Cr Geoff Akers of Greater Shepparton City Council.
When: 10.15am (for march, assemble at Badcock St), 10.30am service

Numurkah
A dawn service will be held at the Numurkah Cenotaph. Attendees are requested to be at the Memorial Gardens by 5.50am for the 6am service conducted by the Numurkah RSL with students from Numurkah Primary School, St Joseph’s Primary School, Katunga Primary and St Mary of the Angels Secondary College participating. After the service a gunfire breakfast will be available at the Numurkah RSL.

The commemorative service will begin at 10.20am with a march from Newman Square/Post Office to the Cenotaph. Those participating in the march are requested to be in position by 10.15am. The parade will again be led by David Geddes complete with Light Horse uniform on his ever-reliable mount Sugar. Upon arrival of the march participants at the Cenotaph, the service will begin at 10.30am. The Cenotaph Guard will be mounted by members of the Transport Section, Puckapunyal Army Base.

Nathalia/Picola
Nathalia and Picola will hold a dawn service followed by a community breakfast hosted by the Nathalia Lions Club.
When: 5.50am for a 6am service
Where: Blake St Memorial (roundabout), Nathalia
Cobram
Cobram will host a dawn service at the Cenotaph. A commemorative service will be held at 10am in the same location.

Avenel
A commemorative service will be held at the Cenotaph in Jubilee Park, followed by a march to Memorial Hall on Queen St.

Nagambie
A commemorative service will take place in Nagambie, following a march at the Cenotaph. Raising of the flag will proceed at 11am, and a light lunch will be hosted by Nagambie RSL, at 360 High St, from noon.

Seymour
The dawn service will begin with a march from Crawford St. The service will follow a gunfire breakfast at the Seymour RSL Sub Branch on Station St.

Later in the morning, a march and commemorative will take place from 9.15am. At 9.45am, attendees will march from the rear of Total Sports, down Anzac Ave, to the Cenotaph for the commemorative service. At 10am, the morning service will begin at the Cenotaph, and the service will conclude at 10.40am back at Total Sports.

Tallygaroopna
The Anzac Day service will be at the Tallygaroopna Soldiers Memorial Hall, with a wreath-laying ceremony at 11.30am. This will be followed by a barbecue lunch provided by the Lions Club. Donations are welcome to cover the costs.

Kyabram
Kyabram RSL will be hosting the community at its annual noon service on April 25 from 10am. The event will begin with a march through the Memorial Gardens to the Memorial Park before an outdoor service begins. Kyabram Club is supporting the Lions and Rotary clubs to provide refreshments. Community groups and the public are welcome to lay wreaths during the service.

Stanhope
Stanhope RSL will host its annual service on April 27 for a short march. The Shepparton 319 Squadron cadets will do a catapult party. The service will then head to the Stanhope RSL, where attendees will hear from Matilda Salter about her experience walking the Kokoda Trail last year.

Rushworth
Rushworth RSL will be hosting both a dawn service and a commemorative service. The dawn service will begin at 5.45am, and the commemorative service will begin at 10am.
