The league’s ‘‘ultimate go-to’’ includes news, team selections, fixtures, ladders, pre-match analysis and live-streaming capabilities spanning all three football divisions and five netball grades.
Senior football coverage in the app will also feature Premier Data statistics and match footage.
“The league has made a significant investment in creating this app with the driving force being to ensure the ultimate fan experience, no matter your age,” league chair Peter Foott said.
“This has been in the planning for over 12 months and we are now pleased to release the app to the wider community, as we know it will fast become the go-to for all things GVL.”

The league has also signed on Rich River Golf Club as a foundation partner for the app.
“Rich River are proud to be a partner with GVL this year, supporting local football and netball communities,” Rich River Golf Club marketing and events manager Deanne Armstrong said.
“The partnership reflects our commitment to grassroots sports, teamwork and community spirit and we look forward to an exciting and successful season ahead.”
The application can be downloaded via the Apple Store and Google Store, and the league is marking the launch with an in-app competition offering five double season passes.
Supporters can access GVL updates through the app's news section, league website www.gvleague.com.au or various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
