P*ssheads continued their good form, winning 9-2 against Pastoral Phoenix to maintain their undefeated status.
Misfits were looking a little shaky against the 26 Jets when they were 4-2 down, but they came home strong, winning the next 5 sets to win the match 7-4.
The big surprise this round was The Shoeless winning the team’s game to sneak over the line against the more fancied Hasbeens in a 6-5 borderline result.
Double Trouble had the bye.
Individual Highlights
It comes as no surprise that Michael Bajowski was again the standout player.
He blitzed the tons list with 14, had the highest average of 24.13 and had the shortest game with 15 darts.
There were 3 x 180’s thrown, Trevor Hay, Trevor Kent and Marcus McKenner.
Marcus also had the highest peg with 96.
Jodie Oakley had a moment of glory when she took a leg off Michael Bajowski in the singles.
It must have irked Michael a bit because he came back with his 15-dart leg to secure the set against Jodie 2-1.
2nd Division
The big winners in division two were Ocheholics, they trounced Sore & Achey, who were basking in the glory of last week’s win, with a 10-1 win.
Pastoral Pirates narrowly held on to top spot on the ladder by beating Pastoral Warriors in a close 6-5 result.
In the final game, The Recyclables were awarded with an 8-3 win against Cockadoos after the game was cut short due to disruption by one of the Cockadoos’ players.
It’s unfortunate that this sort of thing still happens in one of the few games that still start and finish with a handshake.
It seems certain that disciplinary action will be taken.
Individual Highlights
Karlo Torlao topped the tons list with 7 tons, and he had the best average with 16.84.
Rob Molnar hit the only 180, he had the highest peg with 81, and he shared the honour of the shortest leg of 21 darts with Chris Gritty.

Ladders
As I said last week, the Division one ladder final four at the end of the season is still anybody’s guess.
Hasbeens are holding on to 4th position, but Double Trouble and The Shoeless are only one win away.
Double Trouble is the only team to have had their second bye so they may hold a slight advantage.
The Division 2 ladder is a little more settled as to who will finish in the four.
Pastoral Pirates hold on to a one-match advantage but 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions are only separated by percentage so it could go anywhere.
With only five matches remaining for Pastoral Warriors and Sore & Achey it looks like they may have run their race.
Dart Devils have six matches to go, but it seems highly unlikely they can make an impact on the final four.
Team Photos
More Team photos are needed, so again, I ask all captains and players to send in some more recent photos of their teams so that I can use them in future reports.
