Traffic was diverted after a crash on a major Goulburn Valley road.

Two people, including a child, have been taken to hospital after a crash on Monday, April 7.
The three-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of the Goulburn Valley Hwy and River Rd about 11am.
Police said a silver Holden Astra was travelling north on the Goulburn Valley Hwy and a white van travelling south on the highway collided as the van went to turn right into River Rd.
The vehicles were then pushed into a ute that was stationary on River Rd.
The van ended up on its side after the collision.
A 27-year-old Seymour woman and a young boy from Seymour, who were in the Astra, were taken to Goulburn Valley Health by ambulance for observation.

Police said the driver of the ute, a woman in her 20s who was not injured in the crash, helped direct traffic before police arrived.
Police said the van driver, aged in his 50s, would be fined for failing to give way.
Both roads re-opened to regular traffic flow about noon.

Emergency services, including police, ambulance and the fire brigade, were at the scene from about 11am.

North-bound traffic on the Goulburn Valley Hwy is being diverted along the eastern section of River Rd
South-bound traffic on the highway has been slowed.
River Rd on the western side has been closed to traffic.
