Scott Matthew joins the board as a 12-month community member.
He is national head of operations for Visy Cans and is passionate about creating career opportunities in regional areas, developing the next generation of manufacturing experts and ensuring that manufacturing remains strong in Australia for years to come.
Emily Thorpe is the people, culture and operations manager with Charles L King & Co, bringing to the board two decades of account, people, recruitment and HR management experience.
Ms Thorpe brings to her role a love of strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, effective policy and procedures and collaborative workforce planning.
Kylie Williams has more than 17 years of experience in finance within taxation, government, non-for-profit and manufacturing.
She is finance manager at Foodmach and is a certified practising accountant.
Courtney Mitchell works in commercial strategy at Australian Consolidated Milk and is also a qualified CPA.
Having grown up in regional Victoria, Ms Mitchell enjoys all manner of business strategy work, driving viability to ensure that people can enjoy great careers in regional areas.
ACE Radio's Angela Parker will also join the board for 2025 to fill a maternity position.
She has 20 years of experience in the radio sector, with experience in programming, sales, creative writing, announcing, promotions and marketing.
