Crews battle bushfire near Mooroopna

A firebombing aircraft, 11 FFMVic firefighters and 20 CFA firefighters attended the fire.

FFMVic said firefighters contained the fire to 0.6 hectares by Tuesday afternoon, bringing it under control.

Smoke may remain visible to the community while firefighters continue to patrol the fire over the coming days.

FFMVic said the cause of the fire was being investigated.
