The heart-pounding action kicks off at 4pm, featuring the thrilling return of the pocket rocket Grand Prix Midgets in a state series showdown.
The northeast based Goulburn Ovens Sedan Association is also back on track for a second series round at the Wahgunyah venue.
Supporting action will be provided by Standard Saloons, Humpy Holdens, whilst the Unlimited Sedans are hopeful of having a field also.
At 2pm, fans can enjoy an exclusive pit walk experience, getting up close with drivers and their high-powered machines. Meet at the pit gate entrance, where officials will guide you through this behind-the-scenes tour.
Parents are encouraged to come in with their children and allow them to sit in race cars and get an up-close look and opportunity to chat with competitors.
The addition of the Grand Prix Midgets this weekend, will give you the new opportunity to sit in one of the pocket rockets to see what room the competitors themselves are dealing with.

In the Midgets, the racing will as always be quality. Champion drivers Mark Cecil, Paul Perry and Gary Bowyer who will travel into town from Sydney are amongst the line-up.
This quality line-up includes recent feature event winner at Avalon outside of Geelong Terry Brown who will be focussed on putting a back-to-back victory in his book. Matt Kamolins, Johnny Rouse, Shawn Ward have also confirmed their entries for the nights’ racing.
Goulburn Ovens Sedan Association member drivers will compete in the latest of their state series events with drivers like Marty Bassett, who has been on a tear lately, leading, Tom and Ben Schmetzer, Ross Maclean, Alex Gouveia, Mitch Watts, Nathan Shortis, Billy O’Donoghue, and Justin Ewert into battle.
The competition is strong at the pointy end of the field, however Bassett who last won at Wangaratta two weeks ago is the favourite for Saturday evening.
Battles will go up and down the field with drivers fighting for every position, with a little Wangaratta versus Corowa club battle another aspect to the racing.
Micheal Fleming – Robertson will return from Swan Hill where he has competed in the Victorian title for Standard Saloons to try and continue his reign at the top of the local competitors at Wahgunyah.
He will do battle with the likes of Ryan Chant, Adam Brezovnik, Rod Stubbs, Keith Cattermole, Harley Matthews and Rhyse Lavender.
Demonstration runs from the Humpy Holdens will also entertain, and fans will also enjoy the FJ Holdens only group with their vintage cars.
Unlimited Sedans competed at Moama last weekend, and they are scheduled for a run this weekend. At the time of writing driver’s groups are trying to lock in interested competitors.
Gates to the public open from 11am this Saturday with racing starting at 4pm.
