A Demos AU survey of 1126 people published on Friday points to a 57-43 per cent two-party preferred vote in Labor's favour, although a predicted 13 per cent swing could put up to 11 seats in reach of the Liberal Party.
Newspoll similarly predicts the Liberals will gain up to 11 seats, against a 57.5-42.5 per cent two-party preferred Labor lead, after a 12.2 per cent swing, up from 56-44 per cent a month ago.
Mr Cook said that while Saturday's election was the only poll that counted, he was buoyed by the results.
"We're obviously pleased that our hard work is starting to be recognised, and if these polls are an indication of the outcome on Saturday, we'll be delighted," he said while touring a metal works business in Perth's north.
"But we're not taking anything for granted."
Mr Cook, who's facing his first election as premier after Mark McGowan stood down in 2023, plans to campaign until the voting booths close.
"We are staying humble. We are being respectful of the WA electorate," he said.
"We are simply having a conversation about our plans if we are fortunate enough to receive the endorsement of the Western Australian people tomorrow."
Mr Cook said the Liberals hadn't done enough to win.
"We thought that they would have come up with a campaign that had a plan for how they're going to address economic development in WA ... and they've come up with nothing," he said.
Labor holds 53 of 59 seats in the WA lower house, after its landslide election victory in 2021.
The Liberals and Nationals, which have three seats each, would need a swing of more than 20 per cent to form a coalition government.
Liberal leader Libby Mettam said Labor had taken voters for granted after eight years in government and it was time for a change.
"If Labor are re-elected tomorrow, nothing will change," she told reporters on Friday at a polling station in Perth's northern suburbs.
Ms Mettam said the health system was broken, housing was unaffordable, and cost of living pressures and crime were out of control, as she batted away questions about her predicted loss.
"We appreciate it's a David and Goliath battle, but we're listening to the people of Western Australia," she said.
"Only the WA Liberals have a plan and a team with experience, who have had real jobs, that are committed to fixing the priorities that Western Australians are talking about."
Mr Cook also reminded voters about his party's Made In WA manufacturing strategy, which has been a key election pitch.
"We'll bring manufacturing back to the heart of our economy," he said.
"We'll locally manufacture our trains, our ferries, our busses, our batteries, wind turbines, poles and wires as part of our decarbonisation and clean energy transition.
"Labor will keep the WA economy the strongest in the nation."
Mr Cook also leaned in on Labor's track record in government as he made his final pitch to the electorate.
"In times of global uncertainty, WA needs experienced leadership," he said, flanked by Deputy Premier Rita Saffioti.
"It needs a steady hand at the wheel and only WA Labor can provide that for the state."
More than 450,000 of Western Australia's 1.86 million electors had cast their pre-poll ballots as of Thursday, according to the state electoral commission.
