The Moama Bowling Club Echuca Cup 2025 will be held on Sunday, March 9, with gates opening at 11.30am and over 2500 attendees expected on course.
If you don’t want to drive, the club has you sorted, with shuttle buses from Echuca Hotel, Caledonian Hotel, the Border Inn and Moama Bowling Club to safely transfer you to and from the track from 11am to 6pm.
If you wish to enjoy all the races in comfort and style, look no further than the range of hospitality options on offer.
Music aficionados will enjoy the piano bar enclosure, which includes racecourse admission, live music by Joss Russell, a four-and-a-half-hour drinks package and a gourmet lunch.
For those who like to boogie and are under-30, or just young at heart, the party paddock is the spot for you; this area features a four-hour drinks package, entertainment and nibbles.
As always, there will be umbrella packages available; these popular spots provide excellent views, delicious catering by Two Tarts, and sell out quickly.
If you are looking to just get in the door, general admission prices start at $25 while members’ dining packages at the Pavilion start at $60.
While you enjoy the spectacle, there will be plenty of activities to keep anyone under-17 entertained.
Echuca Racing Club track manager Jarratt Farley said everyone at the club was looking forward to the biggest day on the racing calendar for the twin towns.
“The lead-up has been good; we have got great staff and a good crew here who work hard to get everything ready and make sure the day runs smoothly,” he said.
“We are very excited about the day, our ticket sales have been bigger in the last few years, which is a good sign, so there should be plenty happening here.
“When we get plenty of people coming through the door and entertainment happening throughout the day, it always makes for a good spectacle and big day of racing.”
